  this evening i have just watched a news item that concerned a baby that has been abandoned by the side of a busy main road.

  the bbc did a short feature on people who had been found after being literally left on a doorstep somewhere as a new-born baby.. one woman, in her early 60s now, said that she never could get any peace because she just didnt know why her unknown mother had left her on a strangers doorstep.

  she didnt know her own name, she didnt even know when she was born or where.

  Most of the time I would meet an interesting person. Field service to me did not mean total preaching, rather, getting to meet another human. I got to the point when I'm in their neighborhood we would just chew the fat. I never pressed the issue with people. Meeting and talking to people always charged my batteries. Do you remember the words to the song about people who love people?

  i think i may have pissed off the gods or something.

  ;) my luck just turned further south... i just totaled my car.. i was coming around the bend where 360 north exits to the 183 east and west fork in arlington texas.

  watchtower has stated they wish to reveal no information about the upcoming judicial hearing being conducted against those who are on the dateline program.

  they say they are confined to ecclesial privilege and are unable to offer to the public any information other than it is not related to silentlambs but has to do with some other infraction that breaks gods law.

  with the statement below we ask watchtower to release to everyone any charges or information about breaking gods law they have against carl and barbara pandelo, barbara anderson, and william h. bowen.

  perhaps i'm getting a little battle weary but i'm beginning to understand why certain long-time posters have bowed out from this forum and taken a long break from participating.

  i've been here a while but don't post very often - when i do, it's usually because something has driven or inspired me.

  i recently posted a genuine response only to get a (to me) sarcastic swipe back - this upset me somewhat and has had me reflecting on it over recent days.

  There are no guarantees to life if alliwannadoislive. Were are all going to get our share of cheap insults and smacks. As they say, learn to roll with the punches and you'll come out a better person. Running away from cheap and mindless comments is only caving in to stupidity.
